Yes the time is when it begins accelerating. And we have to find the tensions for both ropes...which is where I'm confused. I was able to find acceleration but now I am not sure how to use it to find the tensions.
I'm guessing I found the Vy correctly. I use Cos(51)=7/H which gave me 8.55. So if I use Vy/Sin(51) that gives me...11?? Thanks!
